Pillar Property Services, LLC has been awarded a management contract for the Morrison Road Apartments. The Denver Office of Economic Development awarded nearly $1.3 million in federal funding to Affordable Communities Inc., a nonprofit porganziation, to purchase and refurbish the site under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program. There are 19 apartments at the complex, located at 441-12 Morrison Road, ranging from one to three bedrooms. Rehab will include new flooring, carpeting, paint, windows, doors and lanscaping. The nonprofit also plans to build a playground on the south side, as there are a number of families with children living in the complex.
